i was tripping on shrooms on the only other L train running through the 6 ave stop when they found the body in the tracks. saw the blood on the trains and paramedics lower a stretcher between two cars. scariest moment of my life.

I’ve had dreams about mass suicides via NY subway trains more than a few times. Last night I had a dream that a friend from a long time ago killed herself in a gruesome manner and I was there to witness the aftermath. 

This day is making me feel sick.

NJT Main/Bergen-Port Jervis line: Middletown, NY to Penn Station, New York City. Transfer at Secaucus Junction where I inevitably worry about misplacing my ticket, missing my train, and falling down the vertigo-inducing stairs.

I am more homesick than I knew I could be.
