srsly wat is the point of listening to records if yr mp3s sound better?

if you’re complaining about this as much as you are talk about the real problem ; not some arbitrary issue like an equalizer when the real problem is this thing gouges records. these sound fine, they are a cute little gifts that cost about seventy dollars from your local target. we have about a seven hundred dollar sound system and realistically you cant even tell the difference unless you’re paying obvious attention to it. i have a little player like this also, and while i dont use it as much, its still a fun inexpensive player for someone who may really just collect vinyl without listening to much. its funny when its christmas and people still bitch about stuff.

Chill out. If I were complaining as much as you want to believe I am I’d have gone into the fact that I don’t trust it as a long-term moderate-use turntable (which is the intended purpose), that it feels fragile and that I know for a fact it was overpaid for, along with the fact that yeah, I’ve had computer speakers sound better. Had I realized a two sentence post was an exorbitant amount of complaining, I’d have gone into it further.

The equalizer thing was a vaguely-related joke as an afterthought. I cut out one about “bass boost” before I posted it.

It’s funny when it’s Christmas and suddenly anything perceived as negative has to be put on hold.
